1. Standard Reservations

At Brevonta casino hotel, we understand that plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy for regular room reservations is as follows:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full booking amount.

As a luxury casino hotel, we strive to accommodate our guests' needs while maintaining reasonable business practices.

2. Package Reservations

For special packages and promotional offers at our casino hotel, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package price.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled arrival date, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full package price.

Please note that some special promotional packages may have non-refundable terms, which will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

3. Group Bookings

For group bookings at Brevonta casino hotel (defined as 5 or more rooms), the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations made between 14-30 days before the scheduled arrival date will forfeit 50% of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit.

Group bookings may also be subject to a separate contract with specific terms and conditions.

4. Modifications to Reservations

At our casino hotel, we understand that circumstances may require changes to your reservation:

• Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability.
• Changes to arrival and departure dates may be treated as a cancellation and new reservation, and the applicable cancellation policy may apply.
• Reductions in the length of stay made within the cancellation period may be subject to the applicable cancellation fees for the reduced nights.

5. Extenuating Circumstances

Brevonta Casino Hotel recognizes that unforeseen events can occur. In cases of:

• Serious illness or injury
• Death of a family member
• Natural disasters
• Government-imposed travel restrictions

We may consider waiving cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis. Appropriate documentation may be required to support such requests.
