These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the brevonta.com website, operated by Brevonta Capital, S.A.P.I. de C.V. Access to the site implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

1. Purpose

Brevonta makes available to the user informational content related to real estate crowdlending in Mexico, as well as a newsletter subscription form. The site does not constitute an offer of securities, personalized financial advice or a promise of guaranteed returns.

2. Informational nature

All the information published is for informational and educational purposes only. Return estimates are projections based on assumptions that may vary. No investment decision should be made solely on the basis of the content of the site.

3. Registration and subscription

The user who subscribes to the newsletter declares to be of legal age (18+) and to provide truthful information. You may unsubscribe at any time through the link included in each email or by writing to contacto@brevonta.com.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the site (texts, images, trademarks, logos, source code) is the property of Brevonta or of third parties that have granted their authorization, and is protected by applicable legislation in Mexico and internationally. Total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorization.

5. Limitation of liability

Brevonta shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the site, interruptions, technical errors, or investment decisions made by the user. Investment in real estate related instruments involves risks, including the possible partial or total loss of the capital invested.

6. Applicable law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For their interpretation and enforcement, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

7. Modifications

Brevonta may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be the one published at brevonta.com with the corresponding date of the last update.
